While the Water Vellumental is in the air, maneuver Mario close enough that he can jump on the dragon's back. This aquatic boss will wash away any icons that are on the same wedge as the water sprouts, so make sure to keep that in mind while creating a path. To finish Colored Pencils off, you need to maneuver the field in such a way that the 1,000-Fold Arms Magic Circle is on and placed directly behind the case. When you get the boss's HP down halfway, it will start using a very powerful attack called Rainbow Roll, where the pencils all glow and spin together while aimed at our favorite plumber. A Magic Circle will appear, allowing you to use the 1,000-Fold Arms and rip off the piece of wall that’s blocking the exit. Press and hold down the A button to pull Bowser free. After Bowser’s introduction, walk up to him. Then head to the door and enter the room where you saw Bowser. Walk to the wall and look through the hole to see Bowser and the residents of the Mushroom Kingdom being turned into origami! After the cutscene, destroy the remaining boxes on the right to gain some coins. Walk toward the right (ignore that door for now) and break the small boxes in your path. Once you’ve escaped the room, you’ll be in the castle dungeon’s halls. After doing so, Olivia will inform you that you can press the X button to ask her for tips - but you can also read this guide for tips! To escape from the dungeon, you’ll need to break the box on the back right corner of the room. You’ll be able to spot them, as they have small rips and tears on them.
